The only thing I can think of is he is taking a bullet so his kids can move on with politics. That also doesn't seem like his nature lol but with what he has been through who knows. Shit is truly evil and I feel for him.
He isn't a highly successful businessman. His returns averaged less than his inheritance put into the s&p. He was good at controlling the media. The only good thing he could do would be to procure gab or start one of his own.
