Yea... there are a few books like empire of the summer moon that detail just how peaceful and spiritual they really were. The rose colored glasses "indigenous peoples" are viewed through now is cringe. If these white people who are so concerned with them they'd actually do something instead of using it as a cudgel against conservatives for some reason. I feel bad for the people who currently have to deal with the circumstances they do but the alternative was complete annihilation, which regularly happened between tribes.
I used to enjoy listening to him but he's a globalist and I got sick of hearing about how great legal immigration was in a vain attempt to not be called racist(which still happens regardless.)
