You might want to step back a minute and think - one of the things that people love about this place is that they can say what they feel - and most times, that is highly hopeful. demanding they can't say what they feel when it is negative or wavering is just another form of censorship. Buck them up, have a little patience, people are starting to bounce back, some take a little more time.

My question is: wouldn't they have tried it with nunes or jordan or that ilk in the very beginning of their terms? It seems they didn't go along, for now anyway, but they also haven't ratted out the dems who tried ...

"The network pays airlines around an average of $100,000 each to play the fake news, adding up to more than $6 million dollars in bribery. Such a use of network resources could be easily used to fund legitimate and newsworthy journalistic endeavors, but the network, under the leadership of Jeff Zucker, instead adopts an approach of merely paying to have its propaganda broadcast to non-consenting viewers.

That’s an important point to make: Travelers and airport customers don’t have any choice in what they watch. Airport managers have taken it away by signing contracts to bring travelers a singular (and singularly biased) point of view when it comes to ‘reporting’ and discussions of the issues of the day.

The only good thing about this is that generally speaking, TVs broadcasting CNN are either turned down so low it’s difficult to hear anything or they are completely silent, relying on closed captioning which gets old real quick, especially for travelers with less-than-perfect vision."

just search cnn airport broadcasts -- there's lots of information. If someone would move fast this is a great groundfloor opportunity .... 6 mil a year isn't that much to crowdsourcer. Or a merger between a couple upstarts ... surpassing what CNN pays now ...

you cannot initiate a recall against any federally elected official such as a congressman or senator

This is something I have just begun working on when there is a bit of respite from ongoing emergency events.

My research so far has led me to believe that a **ballot initiative **to either repeal the law that prohibits recall elections for federal politicians, or to introduce a new law to initiate the ability to recall federal politicians in individual may get the job done.

After prayer and seeking for something I could do that would effect positive change, I have chosen this. I think it is something we could leave our children and future generations that would effect their quality of life and liberty.

The reason senators or reps don't give a damn about us is because we can't endanger them or their money or power. I believe the ability to recall them in a legal manner would tilt those scales somewhat back in our favor.

There have been a few headlines the last few days that Newsom is beginning to worry about the recall effort against him and has hired a public relations firm (or two) to try to stave it off. In a blue state like CA with millions of dem constituents, that speaks volume in my opinion.

Please let me know if anyone is interested in getting this effort more organized and focused. It would have to start with ballot initiatives to get news laws on the books, but that is certainly doable.
