I read the Texas suit that is at SCOTUS.
If I was on the court, I would issue a very simple ruling...
"The Supreme Court, after having reviewed all of the citations, violations of both State Constitutional Laws of Georgia, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Michigan and the evidence submitted in support thereof, issues the following majority opinion having passed with a 6-3 vote in favor of the Plaintiff"
"The court finds that the elections in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin were an 'irrumabo botrum portassent'. That is Latin for 'clusterfuck'. Amy Coney Barret is in partial dissent with this finding, preferring to us the military acronym 'FUBAR' but we did not tell here exactly what that meant either"
"The majority opinion vacates the appointment of electors from the popular votes in the four defendant states and remands the selection of electors to each state's legislative body as required by the Constitution of the United States."

Your taking you eye off the ball when you keep posting about China doing business with Georgia. Unless you can prove there was a BRIBE, there is nothing wrong with Georgia doing business with China.
My guess is there are roughly 49 OTHER states also doing business with China.

I was initially concerned that Warnock, a preacher, would dominate the debate on style alone. His delivery was only marginally better than Loeffler's and that was a relief.
Loeffler was a bit 'wooden' at times but she stuck to her game plan and her talking points and continued to call Warnock a radical at every opportunity.
Warnock completely evaded two questions - how much would you spend on Covid Relief and would you pack the court. He seemed totally unable to cope with both of those questions and would not get within 10 feet of an answer and his evasion was obvious and unmistakable. To the questioners credit, after each evasion they asked the question again... still no answer.
Gotta run for now. Loeffler did better than I had thought she would... Warnock did worse.

There is a claim that the ballot boxes were pushed under the table shortly after 10. We need to see if this is true. I have watched what I can find but the video skips from right around 10 to 10:30...

It is BAD that they kept counting after observers and press were told to leave. That alone is deeply troubling. But it is also important to not go beyond the truth of the issue. It seems implausible that Guiliani's people would have seen the tapes where they are pulled out and NOT looked for if and when they went UNDER.

Just to lay this to rest. My son just got his runoff ballot from GA and there is NO watermark or any other sign of a security feature on it at all. I used transmitted light, I tried reflected light. Someone said it would show up on a copy... I copied it... nothing at all to distinguish this from something I could do here or at a Kinko's.
This is unconscionable. There should ABSOLUTELY be numerous security features on these ballots. If you can order a book of 500 checks with micro-printing, reflected watermarks, temperature sensitive inks and more... why can they not make mail-in ballots with these features?
It makes this whole site look stupid.
