They could literally take Twitter down if they wanted, some other tech company would quickly take over and fill teh void. They act like they are irreplaceable.

The easiest way to fix these tech companies is to turn them into base unmoderated suppliers, Twitter would program and run the base system with no moderation.

Then other companies (of which there would be many) would supply the service to customers and monetize it via ads or a sub and they pay twitter for using the service, this would allow users to have lots of options. They could have a moderated, and unmoderated versions of these companies.

Then it would be impossible to silence any group and it would totally fix the problem, right now these companies have way too much power because they control everything.
