I trust the people behind this website right now. But if we've learned anything - it's that people change, websites change leaders, and leaving any one person or group of individuals with that level of control can ultimately lead to undesired consequences.
They can give us a 'tech' community - it still doesn't help us address the fact that their host can nullroute them at any time - for DDoS, for unwanted content, etc. This is what I would like to address. Also, who knows where the TDW staff will be in 5 or even 10 years? People change, their life priorities change, etc. I'm not doubting the staff or their intentions - I just realize that the status quo is still controlled by a single person or group of individuals and that's precisely why we are where we are. Platforms like Reddit, Twitter, etc., were all once supposed proponents of free speech. Look at how they changed. I'm not saying that TDW would change, but it's always possible. Not to mention the "Win" network is simple the same platform with multi-tenancy. It's not decentralized - the API's aren't open. We need technology that puts the individual in control of their own data 100%.

If it's the backend you don't trust - I don't blame you. One thing I discussed with others in the chat about this, is that if there is anything we've learned, it's that closed source / proprietary hardware and systems have no place in this world except to lend their creators the ability to implement backdoors and other unknowns for Big Brother.
TG has claimed they've never complied with any orders. But we don't control their data.
If you're more open to something like IRC/Matrix, I can set that up - but I think we can initially bring together more pedes in Telegram, and bring to market our own chat application that is decentralized.
That's why we are joining Telegram - so we can organize to create publicly available decentralized apps and websites/platforms.

If we don't band together and create our own platforms NOW to replace the ones that they have protection to distort history and the truth from than we're only going to continue to allow this thing to spread and infect every last aspect of life as we know it. All of them will work with / assist federal agencies though. If Schiff was arrested for something majorly, it's more likely that would be a federal arrest.
If it's a federal case, which it most likely would be, it's going to be sealed. The state agencies would assist but it would be a federal case. Federal dockets can be searched via Pacer.gov. But if it's sealed, so as not to alert his co-conspirators, the arrest warrant will not be searchable or found in public domain. This is common for high profile cases.
Also, I checked the central district of Commiefornia, which is where LA is at, and nothing is listed there, except a case he was a prosecutor on from like 2007. But if it's sealed, which a case that high priority - I expect would be, could be sealed for national security reasons. It's also done to prevent co-conspirators from learning a co-conspirator was arrested to prevent them from fleeing or destroying evidence, etc.

Federal arrests would be found through Pacer.gov - if the arrest warrant is sealed though we may not find it. It could be in any one of the federal courts though. Ex: he could have an arrest warrant signed for out of New York, they can arrest him with the assistance of local/federal authorities in LA and extradite him back to NY.
So those of you pedes that are looking for evidence, just make sure you check all sources. And again, if the arrest warrant is sealed than we won't know anything until it's unsealed.

I'm not at all suggesting that we shouldn't enforce our border laws and require that people who come to our country uphold our values and morals, and assimilate into our country. This is exactly what we need.
As far as the illegals go, it makes sense that they would identify with an ideology that is counter to this. They came here illegally in the first place. They are going to support whatever ideology justifies their actions and choices. The same is the case for people who make piss poor decisions and end up poor, no insurance, etc. They look to the government for help. Why? Because it's much easier to rely on someone else to take care of the problems you couldn't figure out responsibly in the first place. /rant off
