any footage of the angle in this pick seems to be elusive. This pic is great and we need the footage and need to analyze and spread it. It's fairly clear the gunman was intending to shoot someone.

The mace spray was too close to the gunshot. This guy clearly had his gun out before the mace was sprayed, trying to find the rest of this video as it seems to be the best angle

dude already has his firearm out by all accounts (you can even see in this pic) it's literally a smoking gun, I think mace dude might have trying to stop him once he saw him brandish or point his gun.

indeed. from what I know it's term coined in prison. i know more than a few felons, and trust me, none of them like those sick fucks.
from what I know the prison population does not like them in general, leading to them getting placed in protective custody, instead of general population. where they cannot do anything but sit in a cell 23 hours a day, 1 hour for exercise and shower (both protected) or something along these lines.
this leads to them not having any further issues in prison, so they get out on "good behavior" because they were literally protected by prison staff
