Good answer: if President, send in U.S. marshals to protect observer access. If governor, send in state police. If sheriff of county, send in sheriff deputies. If mayor, send in municipal police.

8. Barr did nothing to stop the BLM/antifa riots and was not fired. When he ultimate left in December, Trump said nice things about him.

He could have sent in 50,000 troops to the border on Jan 20, 2017, by declaring martial law on the border using national security powers. He didn’t. He played with a cucked congress.
