I have a senile old neighbor who does the same sort of thing--tries to keep 'proving' that he's still got it, still virile and masculine when in reality he can hardly walk. Biden does this constantly--showing off for reporters that when he drops a coin, he can reach down and pick it up. I mean, WTF? You know he's thinking the reporters are thinking 'WOW, the old guy's still got it!" NOT. They're actually thinking...this poor pitiful old guy.

^^ THIS. Political ads are specifically targeted to areas where the campaign thinks the candidate can make headway. Here in WV (68% for Trump in 2016) we have not seen a single Biden ad. They know it would be a waste of time and money.
