What a fucking system do you guys use if you can just rescan the same ballot? I would expect that every ballot has a ID and if you scan it you can't count it again because die ID is already scanned. You lost your country at that day where they decided to implement this system.

sure this only is about the multiple times counted ballots, but as much as I know there was fraud there are also a lot claims that doesn't match to the other claims.
I know but i asked about those ballots which was multiple times counted. those digital ballots don't exist, so if you just recount everything you would count less. to ensure that the result is similar to the first counting you have to add new ballots or recount in the exact same way.
but these "fraudulent" ballots don't exist if you count the same ballot multiple times. you have to remember how often you count the same ballot to do exactly the same in the recount process otherwise the result would be different.
