From what I understand the states from the TX lawsuit have until tomorrow 3pm to respond. So is that also the moment SCOTUS decides whether we can present the case?

And let’s say the case is presented and the SC votes in our favor. From what I read it means that the states will then let the legislators decide the electoral votes.

But what are the odds the legislators will actually vote for Trump? Aren’t all these guys cucked?

I read that in the 2000 election with Bush vs Al Gore the supreme court voted for a recount. I am just wondering.
