Jesus whipped merchants in the temple, and Revelations says that hatred of the Nicolatians (sexual deviants) is to our favor. Christian tolerance should have hard limits, but the Pharisee BLM and Pride churches would compromise our values in abstractly construed contortions and color revolution garbage.
That's EXTEMELY cool. But I'm having an informal conversation from my phone, pointing out that we did not have a democratic process (democratic process being a component of a democratic republic). My truncated representation of democratic republic as democracy in no way detracted from anyone's, except maybe a few hopeless brianlets, understanding of what was intended in my words.
It's an online forum dude, not an excerpt from the US Section Codes. I'm not writing out, Democratic Republic henceforth and hitherto noted as Democracy, for a simple fucking point
I get where you're coming from and agree 100%, but dear god. Are we really going torpedo a point of discussion, that everyone knows the intended meaning of for semantics. Does my argument no longer have standing?
Allow me to correct myself. Either we have a democratic republic where we elect officials to represent our interests, or we don't.
Until we resolve the stolen presidential election it's all theatre and voting doesn't matter. A red wave in 2022 would usher in a new pack of Oligopoly approved controlled opposition. All talk, but they will perpetually cave at the right times, like good GOPe.
Either we have a democracy, or we don't. At this point it's clear we don't, so fuck all this midterm bullshit.
County by county seccession.
Don't be so sure. Recall that SCOTUS overturned Trump's effort to repeal 0bama's EOs, but Biden has overturned Trump's EOs without dispute. The table is tilted, the dice are loaded, shit's rigged.
We are and will continue to be getting fucked until we take it upon ourselves not to be. It's time to accept that we can't play the political game with criminals. There's not even the illusion of a fair shake anymore.
First of all, I was being respectful, there was no need to be a prick. I was actually enjoying our functional discourse and despite our disagreements, I thought it was mutually beneficial to exchange opinions and sharpen the acuity of the community. So to meet diatribe with diatribe, you can take your "you really need to get your head out of your ass" comments and go fuck yourself.
Secondly, I'm not a defeatist. I see a positive path forward, and its far away and as little as possible to do with the fuckheads that have rigged everything. "Rights asserted by the constitution" are gone and have been gone. And the existence of those rights is totally denied by the SCOTUS. Why waste another couple decades seeing how hard they are willing to fuck us (I'm not sacrificing the next two decades of my kids' lives)? They stole an entire fucking election and call us terrorists. They do as they please and don't give a fuck what rights you think you have.
Electing a local fucking mayor doesn't do shit or accomplish shit. As long as you play their game, you are their subject. It's time to secede.
Again, completely understood, but disagree. You're talking about the power that states SHOULD have, but IMO, that was forfeited long ago. When states exercise their power to nullify unconstitutional actions, they will get overruled, either legally, or illegally. The simple legal path would be raising case that eventually ends up before the SCOTUS (sic SCROTUS). At that point, their joke of a "Supreme" court will gleefully rule that states are ruled by the fed gov, consent of the governed be damned.
In the illegal path they will just move forward with enforcing whatever they want without even acknowledging the nullification, and based on recent events, they'll just get away with it.
These are people that aren't playing by the rules. They don't care about the rules, except to constrain you to them. Playing this game with them is lost. The game is rigged. They rigged it. You won't beat them at it. It's time to withdraw from their game and coordinate a new, lawful nation.
P.S. as a side note, I think we agree on just about everything except the path forward.
I appreciate your reply, but give me some credit. The problem here is that I do understand how the system is SUPPOSED to work. The problem is, the system doesn't work the way it's supposed to. Plus, it was my understanding from the original post that you were advocating further attempts to resolve this through compromised legal pathways (e.g. states suing fed gov for any number of criminal actions). Going to the state level and legal grandstanding is useless.
But you are totally correct in that states could and should simply declare themselves the lawfully governed states of the USA, and withdraw from the current federal system in full. My only critique would be to not stick to state boundaries. Those poor bastards in CA that are ruled by LA and San Fran shouldn't be left behind. And god forbid if the idiots in Austin, DFW, and Houston would manage to keep Texas from going. The electoral map by county is clear. This isn't a states issue this is rural (or just simply non-metro) regions being ruled by a few unconstitutional zones. I say medical about this. Cut out the cancer, and nothing more. I wouldn't cut off both legs for a benign melanoma on my toe.
I get where you are coming from, but this path still cedes our federal position. We can't acquiesce to "well gosh, maybe we can let them rule at the federal level and stay safe at the state level". And any time it's been state vs federal, especially recently, state gets over-ruled.
1000% agreed. If I see one more, "LeT's VoTe ThEm OuT iN 2022!!!1!!!1!", post, I'll claw my eyes out. They stripped all constitutionality, including democratic-republic representation. We have nothing. F'ing secede from this bullshit.
Same story line as the campaign spying.
- We didn't spy on the Trump campaign
- It's a debunked a conspiracy (i.e. president Trump claims, without evidence...").
- We spied in him, and it's a good thing (We had credible intel (that we manufactured) that he was a Russian asset.).
That sir... is a hell of a list. Bravo.
