He's bullshitting. The cop gave purposely conflicting orders and kept telling the kid he was going to kill him. He made the kid crawl in a way that dragged his pants down and he lost his balance. That's when he was murdered.
All of it benefits them no matter what specifically their main goals are. PR to say they're "anti-racist", diversity to fracture the worker base and create high turnover with less benefits and raises paid, killing off smaller businesses and taking their market share, and shifting influence into a different kind of capital which can still be converted into cash down the line. They do not even need to believe in this stuff very strongly to get all the benefits, but they do. It's easier to align yourself with something that benefits you than it is to align yourself with something that does not. They could start off not believing it, move onto not caring, and finally end up loving it and believing it.
When I worked at Walmart, a drunk employee got fired. Within 5 minutes, there were 5 police cars, two ambulances, and a fire truck. I've never seen anything like it. It was one of the busiest Walmarts I've ever seen and it generated a lot of revenue for the city. That response was overkill but it was because they basically owned that part of the city.
The goal is that the left wing has complete policing powers. Policing powers should be divided between the police and the general populace if it has any chance of working. Regular people get arrested and killed by tyrannical police and they just take it. Police handle everything for regular citizens that strength in numbers and a sense of community could stop or dissuade. Why let the police decide what's an unlawful gathering if the actual law says you have the right to do so?
The police state is about breaking down our policing powers so we surrender them to the totalitarians.
