You can have all sorts of opinions about abortion, but you can't logically claim that "aborting" an eight-month-old fetus is morally different from killing a one-month-old infant. "Fetal viability" is such a ridiculous argument.

With today's technology, you can basically use any asset as currency in electronic payments.

The more important question is: what generally-accepted unit of account? I would suggest an essential commodity such as "barrels of oil" or "bushels of wheat", because they are the basis of the general cost of living.
