My father was called out of retirement, during 9/11, at the age of 55 (3 letter agency).. If things get bad enough they will take any age... The Germans put 12 yo's on the front line during the War.

It's not the Country, per se, that said people are will to die for. It is the basic concept of freedom, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. You can kill people, businesses, economies, hope.. be you can never kill an idea.

Go to gun store, buy gun, pass background check, leave with gun. You can also buy one from an online retailer. It just needs to be shipped to an FFL in the area. Once the receiving FFL has your item you go there, do the background check paperwork, pay the transfer fee and leave with said item.

In this difficult time you need to take many things into consideration. For me, during my long life, it's has always been Family>God>Country. If it was me I would not leave your wife unless it is to save life and limb of another, while you are assured your wife is safe. She, is understandable upset. The reasons she is giving are just cover for not being able to tell you that she needs you with her. As you should be.

On the surface, it would appear that a person or a group of people decided to file Amici as the "new" of both States. Could be a legit LARP or for real. Who knows.

That is not how it works. Not even close. Any State that has active litigation in regards to said election CANNOT legally cast an Electoral vote. /shakes head.

Any State that has litigation pertaining to the election active cannot cast their Electoral votes. Civics 101.

They are, and always have been, controlled opposition. One is an Occupy Wallstreet faggot and Bernie supporter and the other is a Jude. They are allies like the Chicoms are allies.

The language in the original suit and subsequent responses are very simple. The States in question ignored their own Constitutions, the Federal Constitution, bypassed their legislative bodies and the will of the people of their States (States Constitution require Constitutional changes to be made via the ballot box) and ruled by Fiat implementing rules that are a direct affront to their Constitutions and the Federal Constitution. Ballot/voter fraud is not even mentioned. Basically they broke the fuck out of the law.

This is just another example of people whom are driven by emotions and not their critical thought process and scream "RRREEEEEEEEEEEEEE" . I said this about 3 hours ago in another thread, a State's lawsuit carries a billion more pounds of weight than a couple citizens suing their own State.

My thoughts are the Kelly V PA is not needed as they already accepted the Texas case, which LA appears to be joining and some other States may join as well. The State(s) case carry much more weight than a couple private citizens against their own State.
