I think this is more profound than it might seem at first glance. Memes are more and more defining culture. It is very rare (never?) that the conservative views have a lock on something that is a growing significant part of culture.
I’m no lawyer but if the thing is still going on, I would think that he could change his plea. Definitely if they prove wrong doing on the part of the prosecution, he can appeal (I would hope).
For me, this is a hard choice. I’m not “sold” on the Q stuff but the more legitimate the prosecution of Comey, Hillary, etc can appear, the better. And taking the clear and obvious high road could be much better in the long run.
