Here's what we (or those who are able) need to do immediately now that Biden is President:

1. Stonewall Biden, the Dems, and the RINOs at every turn. Do to them what they did to Trump. Don't let him go to the bathroom without a negative story about it. Don't let him or anybody supporters up for air. Ever. Under any circumstances.

2. Continue investigating the voter fraud, and try to file a comprehensive suit with the Supreme Court. Trump should file it under his own name. No more of this Sidney Powell/Lin Wood B.S. 2022 is sooner than you think.

3. File articles of impeachment regularly. Keep filing at least monthly until something sticks. Do this for Biden, Kamala, and Pelosi EACH. Don't stop doing this. Ever. Under any circumstances.

4. Primary every Dem and RINO in both branches of Congress. Start working on 2022 yesterday. Reach out to pedes with deep pockets to make this happen. Don't stop doing this. Ever. Under any circumstances.

5. Start the groundwork for Kristi Noem to run in 2024. Money, infrastructure, hand-shaking, baby kissing, all the above. Don't stop doing this. Ever. Under any circumstances.

6. Get the MAGAs in Congress to agree to collectively join the Populist Party caucus as soon as it is live. Make them sign documents to join, and pledge to uphold the party and its tenets at all times. Penalty will be dismissal. One strike only. Don't stop doing this. Ever. Under any circumstances.

I will think of more later. Start working on this now. Do everything you can. Then do more.

I don't trust Pence, and I also don't know how many senators are needed to legitimately challenge this and toss the fraudulent electors. I know one Senator and one Congressman are needed to challenge it, and if Biden gets less than 270 it goes to the House for one vote-per-state, but that's all I know.

I also don't know what information might come out before the 6th from Trump or others that might change the outcome.

Is it true that if Senators confirm these electors in the face of evidence of fraud, that they are liable for treason? I heard this somewhere.

Honestly don't know how things will go. Even if Trump is not re-elected, at the very least we need to have a Special Counsel and prevent the electoral fraud from happening in the future (notwithstanding GA, which I think is a lost cause).

It seems like everything has been radio silence since Trump's initial tweet about going to D.C. on the 6th, and I can't help but feel like we're wasting time without even knowing if this option will work. Certainly, nothing else has worked up until this point. I don't think a million people showing up and/or violence is going to change anything.

Needless to say, if it doesn't work, our last option is Insurrection Act/Martial Law. I have seen nothing to suggest Trump is willing to go there. If Jenna Ellis' opinion is any indication, I think we can just as soon rule this out as a "no".

So what is left? And before anybody calls me out as a doomer, just know that I'm not the only Trump supporter who's worried about this and at a loss for answers.

2. Who believes Trump is actually prepared to use the military to affect the election outcome if necessary?

I realize not everyone here is religious, but for those who are or find it within themselves to do so, please pray for Pence and for God to give him the strength he needs to make the right decision for our country.

His career and even his life may be compromised, but if so we will never forget his sacrifice.

I just had this idea today.

The biggest problem with creating a new MAGA party is that it will split the GOP, and the Dems will win every future election (the GOP is already split ideologically, but keep in mind that even Romney's vote can be helpful sometimes whereas a Dem's vote will never be...).

Instead, we should ask based candidates to join a MAGA coalition within the GOP. MAGA candidates should challenge non-MAGA GOP candidates in every local, state, and federal election in the country. Clean house. Once it is clear that MAGA has the majority in all levels of the GOP, we will dissolve the GOP and make MAGA the official successor party (name subject to discussion).

I heard something about intelligence agencies saying they need more time to do an investigation on election fraud. Are they just delaying or is this legit?

I do not believe we can trust the SC or any lower courts (federal or state) to render a decision in our favor. They will dodge a ruling on trivial grounds every time, just like the SC did in the Texas suit. Either because (a) they hate Trump / were involved in the fraud / are taking up for those who were involved or (b) they don't want to get their hands dirty.

I do not know what Pence's failing to certify the electors would do, if anything.

Even if Trump uses Executive Order/Martial Law/Insurrection Act [[with the goal of having an investigation overturn the results]], the people doing the investigating will ironically likely be anti-Trump (think DOJ, FBI, etc). Not to mention the time this would take leading up to Jan. 20th.

I think Trump's best option would be to issue an executive order de-certifying the results. But then what would come next? Holding another election? If this isn't resolved by Jan 20, would Biden still take office / would the Dems try to remove Trump by force?

If the Texas lawsuit doesn't work out, what are our options left? We need a plan B, and I don't think changing the votes of state electors will work.

I hate the idea of facing a civil war, but am starting to think this is the inevitable next step for what we are dealing with now. If we want Trump to serve another 4 years, he has to act soon. Even if he doesn't serve another 4 years (pray to God this isn't the case), he still needs to act soon.

Electors will not abstain or vote for Trump contrary to the results. Period. The courts probably won't do anything, and certainly not in time to reverse the Dec 14th votes. This is our last chance if we want to save this country's free and fair elections.

The media won't report it, and will make Trump and MAGAites out to be mad. I don't care. We're past that point. RINOs will side with Dems. We may or may not have the military on our side. Regardless, the fight is worth it. The alternative is so much worse, and at least this way we have a chance to turn things around. On the legal front, we have the constitution and SCOTUS on our side.
