I see politicians on TV with sign language interpreters who to my uneducated view are looking like a Saturday Night Live skits. The facial expressions and had motions seem made up.
I’ve also seen others doing sign language that appear to be doing translation without looking goofy.
Are these interpretations real? Are there different methods that explain the differences?

I’m looking for article(s) that compare number of blacks killed vs white WITH number of crimes done by each group.
Looking at some raw numbers does support the narrative that more blacks are killed by cops than whites, however I know I saw articles showing crime rate that explained the numbers.
