the biggest Trump supporter I know is an anti-theist, anti-censorship, pro-choice, pro-HK, border wall-loving, flag-waving ex-marine. Trump supporters come in all shapes and sizes, and most might not share the same values, but the important thing is we all love our country and want it to succeed.

that's shady af. and it's funny because 3M definitely got a PR bump towards the beginning of the pandemic, but while other companies (big and small) are pivoting to make masks and hand sanitizer (my local brewery is making some for first responders, for crying out loud), 3M somehow decided that brushing aside entire states was the best course of action here.
all my friends are already calling it Trump Bucks or Trump Money. for as crazy thrilled as Bernie supporters were when he was talking about handing out checks, suddenly they don't like free money when it's coming from Trump.
as an aside, I assume the UK translation for Trump Bucks would be Trump Pence.

they shouldn't be surprised that the Democrats are ambulance chasers. they used impeachment, basically a nuclear option, as a show of displeasure. it was all well and good because a lot of leftists don't like Trump anyway, but now they're doing the same thing at the cost of American wellness.
if voters have any sense of self-awareness, they'll see this for the desperation play that it is.
they've been doing their damndest to try and put Trump into a position to basically take the fall for the pandemic. this is one maneuver that I can't see working out too well, there's just no way to spin it to easily get their angle across.
they have to open with, "Yeah, we blocked a pandemic stimulus, but...(insert vapid reasoning)."
