List all stores that DO NOT have mandatory mask rules. This DOES NOT include stores with posted signage asking customers to wear a mask per a government mandate: those will be included on the list. Stores that have announced their OWN mask policies (i.e. Target [August 1], Lowe's, Home Depot etc) are what we are trying to avoid.

Also, list any stores (even with their OWN mask requirement) that will not toss out those that have (legitimate) medical exemptions.

Just went to Target to return something (and found out they’re not taking returns until the 16th.)

I was standing in line behind a woman who was picking up an online order of Diet Coke (I guess she figured nixing the extra walk to the grocery section would keep her from getting sick) while wearing a mask and gloves. Par for the course nowadays, that attire is. She doesn’t want get sick. Completely understandable.

She then proceeded to shove her large smartphone down her yoga pants, right next to her butt crack. She then took it out with a gloved hand a few moments later and began to check something on her phone. She shoved it back down her pants, with only the very top peaking out and placed her hands on the counter.

You just can’t talk sense into some people. I guess SHE wont be getting sick, though, so it’s OK. Giardia for the rest of us - but we ain’t got the ‘rona!! 😂
