Will Trump Act? LANDSLIDE 2020
posted ago by keithcu ago by keithcu

I learned a lot from the Mike Lindell interview today: https://www.bitchute.com/video/CLd6liZNoU3F/ Trump is running out of time, and I think a lot of people around him don't want him to do anything drastic, like Mike Pence, and Robert O'Brien.

I hope he's working with people in the military, but I don't think it's sure that anything will happen. According to Lindell, O'brien apparently thinks even forcing himself back on social media would upset people, let alone declaring Martial Law in DC. I think Trump needs to follow his oath of office and not let a compromised traitor steal the election and get into power, but it's not clear if he thinks he can do anything. Congress "certified" the election. Mike Pence was there, etc.

I can't imagine Trump would let them steal an election, and destroy our country. I listened to Praying Medic today who said that MAGA won't go away even if Biden takes power, but he doesn't realize how quickly we can lose our rights when government is corrupt.

He can create executive orders to destroy the wall, legalize all illegals, force vaccination papers, create extremely onerous gun rules, and take away our rights in a million ways. Biden's been a crook for 30 years, do you think he's actually going to follow the law now? A corrupt policeman is so much worse than a corrupt car salesman. Biden has to cover up all evidence of election fraud, even if that involves killing some people, and censoring the rest.

I would think if Trump was enacting a plan right now, there would be people around him working on it, not telling him to do just go along with everything, and we would know. He hasn't sent out an emergency alert system, etc. There's no reason to wait to do anything.

I'm not saying Trump will step down, I'm just saying I don't think he knows if / what he's going to do yet. Hopefully people like Rudy will push him and others around him to do something drastic. He wouldn't need Rudy and Lindell telling him to act if he was already executing the plan.

We are going through a color revolution, but the question is, how many people in Trump's inner circle see it that way?

This week, I've had a Medium post about How Linode should host Parler taken down for "public health" reasons, and my Twitter account locked for "encouraging violence" in one of my Tweets.

Both of course are totally wrong as you will see if you go to the links.

However, rather than just accepting the situation, I wrote appeals. This forces multiple people to read the content, and any further explanation I make.

My appeal to Twitter, for example, points out their blatant double standard in how they allow calling Republicans fascists and insurrectionists, and let Antifa openly arrange riots using social media, but somehow my historical tweet is not allowed.

We need to politely use the power of our words and our wallets to push back against the censorship. We who think the Democrats stole this election are in the majority!

To those who ask why I bother: Twitter is currently my best place to get tech news and drop red pills. My Twitter feed is filled with medicine. I won't ever use Medium again, and anyone who reads my post probably will reconsider using it as well.

Parler shouldn't be running AWS. I wrote an article on why the the US Military shouldn't use AWS, and many of the same reasons apply:

One thing I don't understand is why people aren't still lobbying their state legislatures.

Fraud cancels out anything. They take away Tour De France medals years later over fraud. I heard on a Mark Levin podcast some weeks ago that a judge kicked someone out of Congress after they were already in office for cheating in an election.

What this means to me is that the State Legislatures could still be pushed to send new electors. In my opinion, even after are Biden takes power, but certainly before the 20th. Why did we give up already?

We've got 12 days to keep putting pressure on them. I think Trump and those in the MAGA movement don't realize it's not too late!!!

Thank you for contacting Senate Majority Leader Shirkey.

Our citizens must have complete confidence in the fairness of the elections that determine their representatives. Following the election on Nov. 3, the Senate Oversight Committee launched hearings to investigate claims of errors or fraud that may have impacted the election results. One of the committee's first actions was to subpoena records from the secretary of state. We believe it is our duty as legislators to provide a forum to review policies and procedures regarding our elections so we can reveal the truth, dispel myths, and propose changes in the law, where necessary. The Oversight Committee has met several times as it continues to work.

Additionally, as you are likely aware, multiple parties have filed lawsuits related to allegations of fraud. This is part of our elections process and these parties deserve their day in court.

In 2018, we passed legislation to strengthen the audit process and require the secretary of state to undertake certain best practices to ensure the most accurate results. Article II, Section 4(1)(h) of the Michigan Constitution allows any qualified voter to request an audit to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the election. I am confident I would not be alone in requesting such an audit should our secretary of state decide not to conduct one.

The Legislature successfully intervened and defended existing Michigan election law in the lead up to the election. Such intervention ensured that the following provisions of Michigan law remained in force: (1) absentee ballots had to be received by Election Day; (2) Michigan's ban on ballot harvesting (3) the ban on paying for the transportation of another voter to the polls; (4) Michigan's signature matching requirements for absent voters; and (5) Michigan's proof of residency requirements.

Regarding electors, Michigan election law (Public Act 116 of 1954) stipulates that the state's electors must be those nominated by the party that received the most votes. It does not allow for the nomination or approval of alternative electors. Our law also requires the immediate removal of any elector who does not vote for the presidential candidate of the party that nominated the elector. Such an elector's vote cannot be recorded.

The law is clear about the process for electors and the Legislature cannot unilaterally change it. Michigan's Constitution requires new laws to be passed by the Legislature and signed by the Governor.

If election laws aren't being followed, the proper remedy is to bring a state or federal lawsuit. To our knowledge, Article II, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution has never been invoked by any state legislature to choose electors for a candidate who did not officially win the most number of votes.

The steps on January 6 are federal, not at the state level where we operate. After each state's electors cast their votes, which already happened, and which is not done by any state legislator, the next step in the process is for Congress to tabulate the votes on Jan. 6.

Again, thank you for contacting Sen. Shirkey. We are glad you gave us the opportunity to listen and share what's being done.

Serving with and for you,

Office of Sen. Mike Shirkey 16th Senate District 517-373-5932

My reply:

Dear Senator Shirkey,

Thanks for your email in reply. However, I believe you are mistaken on a couple of points.

When you say that the electors must be those that received the most votes, you need to consider only legal votes. Right now, your current count includes 100s of thousands of illegal ballots. For example, all ballots counted without an observer are illegal under your own law. There are more than 300,000 of those. And there are many other ways to find illegal votes, more than enough to overturn the current "result" several different ways.

The city of Detroit told their employees to break the law: ignoring bad signatures, adding fake names to the polls books, back-dating absentee applications, etc. All of Wayne County's votes should be thrown out for such blatant and systemic corruption. The courts have the responsibility to investigate it, but they've been cowardly so far, shirking their duty.

It’s like you are unable to distinguish between legal and illegal votes. Do you think if you worked in a bank, you would try to distinguish between legal and counterfeit dollar bills? For some reason, you don't seem interested in doing that when it comes to votes.

Also, the US Constitution is the supreme law of the land. It gives the state legislatures plenary power, especially to ignore illegal or fraudulent certifications.

Fraud vitiates everything. Try not to be complicit in a known fraud, and sell out our country.

Regards,

Keith

Trump has 20 ways to prove systemic election fraud. Rudy said that PA committed every kind of voter fraud known to man. The Grim Creeper could win a case with this evidence.

Fortunately, Trump will have someone much better. I heard Paul Clement will be doing the arguing at SCOTUS. He clerked for Scalia, has presented 100 cases at SCOTUS, and is on Trump's latest list of nominees.

Stay tuned, there's more drama and history to Trump's re-election.

I think some people should post this video on Ned Stabler's Facebook and Twitter account: https://thedonald.win/p/11QRkDFfoQ/thedonaldcybercriminal-division/

I downloaded it here if you want a copy: https://keithcu.com/Public/cybercriminal-jrcc9p.mp4

I'm not suggesting we do anything bad, just play a little mind game, to someone who deserves it, and maybe get the local and national media who are watching and protecting Ned Stabler to write about us!

I'm sure he's getting phone calls day and night, and it would be great if we can get the media to blame us for it since it will bring more people to our side.

I notice that bully Ned gets a lot more pushback on his Twitter feed now. I'm doing my part sending links like this to him and his followers: https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2020/11/felt-like-drug-deal-asian-american-ballot-observer-detroit-describes-mysterious-van-dropping-off-61-boxes-ballots-4-video/

Free Software Is the Solution To Big Tech Tyranny             MAGA
posted ago by keithcu ago by keithcu

Hi Pedes,

I've been a Trump supporter since Cruz dropped out. I made a 70 minute movie about free software, Python, the space elevator, etc. that you can watch or download for free here: https://video.detroitquaranteam.com/videos/watch/07696431-2f2d-4926-a429-29ac9c7d22b1

I bring it up because free and open source software is the solution for big tech tyranny. The big tech companies use a lot of free software, and release quite a bit also, but their censorship software isn't!

We don't need to force them to make all their software free, just the code that does "algorithmic fairness." I never hear anyone in Congress or government talking about this possibility. In fact, even forcing them to make their censorship software publicly available will force them to be more even-handed.

We need the software as well as the relevant data. For example, somewhere in Google, they bias CNN as infinitely more credible than Breitbart in news results. The software does the filtering but it's the data they feed in which sets the values for those sites.

Enjoy!
