Of course they will. They have to punish everyone that disagrees with them, so no one will be tempted to in the future.

It's why they're going to continue to persecute President Trump once he eventually leaves office.

Great. I can't wait for them to announce in 2023 that they finally had a chance to look at them.

Investigated and found innocent of all crimes. Then YouTube can ban anyone that says the name Hunter Biden for promoting misinformation.

He said that Rudy was only working for the President so he could get a pardon for himself.

Have her bitch ass thrown out. There's no consequences for breaking the rules for these people so they keep doing it.

Sounds like we should keep 230 but reform it to add language that prevents companies from falsely claiming to be platforms, when they act as publishers.

I read about Donald Trump's cameo on the Nanny and how Fran had a line that was something like "all you millionaires must know each other" referring to both Trump and Mr Sheffield. But Trump's team stepped in and said, sorry, you can't call Trump a millionaire, because he's a billionaire.

Fran Drescher said that changing the line to "millionaires and billionaires" felt weird, so she asked if she could call him a zillionaire and apparently Trump's team was like, yes that is acceptable.

I love it.

Veritas has people literally admitting to ballot harvesting on video, saying that they know it's a crime they can go to jail for.

Civil suit doesn't even need "beyond reasonable doubt"

It goes by "preponderance of the evidence" which means 51% more likely to be true

So that means the judge's gag order is gone now and he can say anything he wants, right?

Even if they didn't actually vote, the fact that they were registered would increase the number of registered voters, which makes the ridiculous 70%+ turnout even higher, and less possible.

The discount codes are how they know which ad brought in the sales. If 10,000 people make purchases using Elijah's code, they know that those sales came from people seeing the ad on Elijah's show, so they pay him a percentage of those sales.

If they weren't paying commissions based on referrals there would be no reason to have different discount codes for different people.

all they had to do was tweet Kyle

They didn't even have to do that. There was nothing wrong with their "we did not sponsor Kyle" statement, it was perfectly accurate.

But to pull their ads from Elijah Schaffer for basically giving them free advertising, was a real dick move.

But it only takes 50 democrats and a Mitt Romney to stop any appointments and legislature.

I've been told every day for the last four years that it's perfectly acceptable for an incumbent administration to spy on the communications of the opposite party.

Not just let it expire, he went against the Senate and House (both of which wanted to renew it) and said he would veto it if they tried.

The Senate voted to renew it, and when the President said he would veto it the House tabled their vote until later. They're just going to pull it back out if they manage to get Trump out of office.

the FBI, who can utilize the Patriot Act to verify all this information

Didn't President Donald J. Trump, put an end to the Patriot Act over the objections of Senate and the House?

I'm amazed that the news media can control the flow of information so much that nobody even noticed when this happened.
