Wow. It's almost like the judge read the constitution and understood that a large part of it's purpose is to limit government authority so the free people of America would never suffer under the boot of tyrannical leaders. I didn't think this was a requirement for a federal judges any more.

It looked like they were targeting specific people to arrest. The peaceful arson & /assault festival sputtered out real damn quick after the Police did this. Portland DA will just release and not charge but it did stop it last night. The police really need to figure out how to push these pillars of community right into the DA's neighborhood so he can enjoy the social enrichment they bring.
I'm not 100% sure, someone correct me if I'm wrong but I also think NY now makes the complainants name and address public record (maybe not in rape cases), making it possible for assailants to hunt down their victims.
see ... here's the thing.... if you want to extort someone, you have to threaten to deprive them of something they give a shit about like their family or their dog. If you threaten to deprive them of something they don't care about like, say, "Do this thing now or else we kill all the mosquitoes", it's not going to have the reaction you want.
