I went to Jovan's FB page and he posted a video today. At the end of the video he talked about a truck backing up to the "warehouse" where the ballots are stored (doesn't sound very secure to me) and people were reporting to him that large amounts of shredding was going on.

They may be cowering because 230 is still on the table. Or, the EO still hasn't been fully implemented. At least not to our knowledge. There could be a lot of reasons.

I'm sure he has all kinds of cards up his sleeves that no one knows about. He didn't get to be a billionaire by giving away his plans/secrets. He's identified his enemies and is playing them like a chess game.

We need Senators too, not just Reps. Actually, just one of each, that's all it takes.

I agree. If the ballots are not audited by Jan 6, the EC ballots should be decertified. Rudy said the certification is fraudulent. And, with Fulton Cty, clearly in question (the pending audit), their certification needs to be pulled.
