I have tipped a few tow truck drivers (personally have never seen a female) if they are timely, know their job and get me back on the road. I have no problem with paying someone extra if they provide above and beyond excellent service.
However, in regards to the workplace; I bought into all that crap of "women are good, men are bad.' It is very evident women cannot handle the physical aspects of many jobs and I am in awe of the hard work and physicality only a man can provide. Women lie to themselves, and it is my belief, most do not like to get dirty, sweaty and/or greasy even if paid well.
