When the devil went down to Georgia, they played a fiddle... not a violin.

I saw that, but she hasn't uploaded the exhibits yet. Maybe if we can read that exhibit it'll have some more juicy details, but without that exhibit, no idea how solid that "fact" is, or how redacted it is.

Thinking is over, I have some hope that they are withholding all of the criminal evidence for Barr and DOJ to do something with it criminally, but I won't hold my breath. We just need to get the results of Trump's win rightfully recognized first, then go after the criminals.

Just read the entire 104 pages.

Nothing new that we didn't already know. It's definitely a pretty good case and should be easy to get a favorable ruling, especially with the "preponderance of the evidence" standard, but frankly was expecting evidence of Kemp taking $$$ or email/communication evidence of their scheming. Nothing of the sort. The evidence is all eyewitness affidavits, and some statistical affidavits, and CodeMonkey's affidavit, nothing like a MOAB.

I think it will get favorable rulings, but disappointing that no direct communication/conspiracy evidence against Kemp or Raffensberger to send them to jail.

I think you may be right, but that is the point. If China is really behind all of this, they want the left to rise up and try to start a civil war. Then China would come in and supply guns and other assistance. I think Trump has planned for this and put in his top people that will be best to handle an “insurrection.” Once that is declared, the military can come in and save the day, while at the same time, anyone involved in this coup by Biden and the left to steal the election can be prosecuted with Military tribunals and get the death penalty.

Or the servers were CIA servers in the American embassy or on military bases. Speculation also that they were CIA employees with official cover as US mil contractors which would be under US mil jurisdiction.

Not if the operation was classified and the server evidence is being used in criminal proceedings.

But you said “ever”. Just being precise since language matters, especially when we are talking about legal things.

But dna evidence is not 100% foolproof, but the court accepts it. If they can get the statistical confidence level above that same % accuracy, the court would have to accept it if they accept that same confidence level of dna matching.

Im thinking the angle must be something along the lines that the court accepts dna evidence as factual, but dna evidence is only xx.xx% ( not sure of the actual number but its not 100%) accurate with the possibility of somebody else matching. If they can get the statistical confidence levels above that same threshold, then the court would have to accept it as “proof”

Do our votes matter anymore? Won't they just steal the election again like they just did?

If you read carefully, this ONLY applies to the ballots that needed ID to cure the ballot before the 12th of Nov. The original date by law was 6 days after the election, which would have been the 9th. The Secretary tried to extend that ID verification to "6 days after ballots were accepted" which, after the supreme court ruling giving 3 days to accept ballots if they were postmarked prior to the 3rd, would have been Nov 6th. So this ruling, while is a win, and the foundation to invalidate all of the other illegal actions, it isn't that big of a win... YET. It can be used as the basis to show that Secretary did NOT have the power to change the law, as only the LEGISLATURE can. It also shows that even the supreme court's decision to accept ballots after the 3rd does not change the LEGISLATURE'S law.

Even better idea: have a public blockchain that when you vote it posts the vote to the blockchain and prints a receipt with the private key on it. You can keep that as a way to check your vote at one time on the public blockchain. Everyone can see and tabulate votes real time on the blockchain, while still maintaining anonymity of the vote with secret ballots. Cannot be tampered with, is fully public and auditable with timestamps and machine serial number/id. You always hold your receipt and can validate your vote at any time.

Edit: Also if we do get a national ID card, you can use the smart chip tech to check in and receive the ability to cast the vote on the machine. The smart chip will contain encryption keys just like the DoD uses smart chips to login to secure computers. Significantly more secure system with existing technologies.

This is not proof of anything. I just read the documents and it appears that CISA is just creating suggested procedures for each state. The printing appears to be done by each state as far as I can see. If the states control the ballots, and the criminals control the state, then they would just print extra ballots and use them.
