Look up "parental alienation" laws. she's getting away with a crime, but you're probably better off without her in your life. even if you did some how get visitation she would do everything to make you even more miserable, the court would call her "hostile aggressive parent" but that's not a crime, and it should be. They won't hesitate to make false allegations to ruin your life. From first hand experience, cut your loss and move on. Also learn about cluster B personality disorders, specifically Narcissistic personality disorder. the court knows any parent that hates the other parent more than they love the child is a psycho.
