If he is an uncle by marriage, meaning married to mom/dad’s sister, than that uncle’s brother would not be his uncle. Just his uncle’s brother.

I know a sweet lady who is genuinely concerned about dying from the virus if she ever were to catch it. She has health problems. So she has stayed home pretty much 100% of the time for 9 months.
