Article III, Section II of the Constitution establishes the jurisdiction (legal ability to hear a case) of the Supreme Court. The Court has original jurisdiction (a case is tried before the Court) over certain cases, e.g., suits between two or more states and/or cases involving ambassadors and other public ministers.

I fucking hate this. It gives the whole community a bad reputation. (Notice how they all have the "joined recently" icon???)

Also if you actually watch The Big Short or read the book. The main actors are portrayed as heroes with a conscience. They profit from their bets but are really concerned about the rigged system.

The actual figure in academic research is a 37,000 increase for each percentage-point rise in the unemployment rate. It comes from a book called “Corporate Flight: The Causes and Consequences of Economic Dislocation” by Barry Bluestone, Bennett Harrison and Lawrence Baker.

NY Post Article

Incoming fact checkers -> Mostly false. Its not 40.000 its 37.000

In a BBC podcast/interview dated March 4, 2016, Dr. Brenner is quoted as stating that the figure of 40,000 U.S. deaths for every 1% rise in unemployment is still a “good rule of thumb.” This statement is based on his work dating back to the 1970s. In a 1979 hearing before the Joint Economic Committee of the U.S. Congress, Dr. Brenner noted that a 1% increase in unemployment is related to a 2% increase in total U.S. mortality. Added mortality follows behind increased unemployment over a 2-5 year time lag. And with more recent work, Dr. Brenner has pressed forward with continued detailed analyses— encompassing research on both sides of the Atlantic.

For example, a May 2016 study by Dr. Brenner titled The Impact of Unemployment on Heart Disease and Stroke Mortality in European Union Countries was prepared under the auspices of the European Commission. While focused on two indicators of unemployment-related mortality, the research begins by summarizing a range of European and U.S. epidemiological studies that “have shown since the 1970s that socioeconomic status (SES) is a stable risk factor for illness and mortality in individual persons.” A key observation from this literature review is that: “Unemployment is an important risk factor for mortality and morbidity — especially if the unemployment is of long duration.”

Same with the vaccine. The side effects could be more harmful because you vaccinate so many people that wouldn't really be harmed by Covid anyway.

But numbers and statistics are racist now...

It feels like 1984.

Just one year ago you would have sent to the psychic ward because of schizophrenia, if you stayed home for a full year because of a disease with a 99,97% survival rate.

How fast will this case move forward?

Don't wanna be pessimistic but how much time is there left? In the end all of the evidence of fraud doesn't really help if we are running out of time and the lawyers don't move fast enough.

Tbh 10k was just out of my head i thought it was in that range but 6k is nearly 50% less. 6k is probably more accurate if you read it.

But in the end its 6-10k vs millions...

It still blows my mind that the US doesn't have voter identification.

I mean Australia has it, right?

In Germany you only get a ballot if you are registered in that specific state and if you register somewhere else it automatically updates your old record, as moved somewhere else. Also everyone has an ID.

The US System is ancient and it's designed for voter fraud.

And theses ballots are made this way in every state or at least the important ones?

Oceania was at war with Eastasia. Oceania had always been at war with Eastasia.

2016-2020 Russia manipulated our election with 10000$ in Facebook Ads

2020- Election Fraud is impossible you bigot, Biden won.

I wanna believe, but does this matter?

I mean if the harvest legitimate ballots and the system sends out sooo many duplicate ballots?

Just explain it to me like im 5.

We know they were in a hurry to produce a lot of ballots fast because of benfords law and the difference between Presidential Candidate and Senate votes.
