Hate crime is pretty slippy when you see this law being use by the left to put random charges on people.
In this case, it is 100% a hate crime.
I think hate crime need to be define more so that it cannot be use in any other means other than when it is 100% justifiable.
Blacks have been attacking Asians non-stop. So for blacks to get charged for hate crime is an improvement and shows that the Texas Jurisdiction is finally waking the hell up and going back to conservative roots.
