Could be. Lots of movement on a new quantum currency system and banks rolling up credit card operations in foreign countries. Possible much groundwork being implemented ahead of announcement and explains much of the technological stall out of the last 20 years (me thinks America can do better than some smart phone upgrades in 20 years of technology advances...). Probably so on the false hope, but at least it’s hope! Ha!
