I know there are a lot of people that are upset with police. I think we can all point to examples of behavior we are disappointed with. Our police still need our support.
Remember, they are just people. They are trying to do their best they can with the shit sandwich 2020 has served up for them.
While we love and support our police that support is not unconditional. We demand that they are professional and live up to their responsibilities. As we express our frustration, let's do it in a way that lets them know we still support them. They are our neighbors, our friends, they are family, we love them and we need them. We need them to do their jobs!
The commies and anarchists and antifa left like to beat up and abuse our police. Hurling hate and verbal abuse, does hurt! That's why the scumbag commies do it. Remember, our LEO's already have the highest rates of divorce and suicide than any other profession. Have empathy and kindness in your heart for them, they need it, now more than ever.
Prepare for your engagements with police by gathering a copy of the constitution and other law enforcement training materials. Its a protest. They have to stand there. Give them a lecture. Bring a bull horn to make sure they can hear you.
As we express our disappointment, do so positively. Focus on their oath of office. Remind them of their obligations. Engage them in conversations to understand how they interpret their oath, in this situation you find yourselves in.
