Flu deaths are estimated after the fact, because when someone dies of pneumonia or a heart problem or dehydration it may have been flu-related but it's not as common for the hospital to test for flu, so the death will be attributed to 'pnuemonia' or whatever. That is what you will see on the coroner report in most cases.

If we've actually deployed a large number of antibody tests, the White House should let us know the results soon. I wear a mask for my family and community. Plus if I get symptoms I wont be allowed to work. If you have one on hand it seems responsible to wear it when you go out. You could always be presymptomatic or asymptomatic. I don't give people dirty looks, but i think more people could do their part.
