I watched this to. I felt the one thing I wish he would have explained better is how rare that is.
I looked through his data, and there are 90,000 rows, and I just want to know how rare it is to see that pattern appear.
It would put me at ease.
I have already went through and analyzed the same thing. I actually have a list that might help people who are manually searching.
Wow this is fucked up. If this is true, they were just pre-determining random weightings based on the total number of votes coming in and just assigning as they pleased.
If this is true, its not switching votes, its just completely ignoring what the vote was cast for and just assigning each person votes based on a pre-determined ratio.

It looks like you ran a check against every .txt file on there. Did you only filter and make sure you were pulling things from the cemetery directories?
Also, it looks like you just looked for any presence of a match. This could lead to erroneous matches if people are listed with family members.
Almost every obituary lists family members who have a lot of name overlap.
we have been filing tons of official complaints. They aren't really responding. We are in touch with more official lines of communications.
Sorry I thought this was kind of like "file it, and it will be ignored" type things.
