I’ve spent all day getting things in order and first thing tomorrow I will be reaching out to the state. This is a huge firm I’m going up against but I have them cold between my recordings and their presentation of medical facts. I will keep you updated for sure!
I hope my findings will help others, I’m planning on using social media as well as legacy media to try and push what I have to the public. Not sure it will work but the complex nature of this makes for a hell of a story
Thank you so much! I can prove that they manipulated data to achieve their decision by changing and omitting key details and information. It’s really crazy and I am very lucky that they were so sloppy. I am truly proud to be part of this community and to have had someone such as yourself see this post.
I can say that I have proof that they manipulated medical data in order to justify their decision. I know be cause I recorded every conversation and they took a section from what must have been a transcript and made it sound like I reported to a medical body about activities. This is what lead me down a wild rabbit hole and found a lot more things

I wish I could, the most I am comfortable with now is that they are using a firm to manipulate a persons medical data to make it appear as though the person does not meet their internal criteria for benefit approval

Employers need to look to bring production back in house. The problem I have seen is that most upper management only care about “shareholders” which ultimately leads them down the road of increasing profits while decreasing costs. To combat this it is best to show them that this way of thinking actually costs more money. The costs are increased due to refunds, returns, repairs, reputation, man hours, logistics, and a few more. I have run into managements that do not care because they more often than not will manipulate the numbers month after month while explaining to the “shareholders” that everything is fine and they keep hammering away at costs. There is much more to this but this is a very short version.
