I think his method is iron clad. He uses the Edison data, etc. His videos are so long. But if you can get through them attentively he describes and actually shows his process and the method used.
Watch 20 min vid he made. It explains everything and I think it will answer your question.

It doesn't have which ccp members work where. It is a list of name, dob, etc.
You would literally have to research each individual to see where they worked, etc. (I don't know feasible this would be since most asians assume English names upon entry) maybe run searches on LinkedIn and similar boards?
You wouldn't be able translate whole dataset all at once.
It would be best to select one cell within dataset and use the find/replace all function once it is translated.
Your going to want translation formatted the same way as original file. To make it searchable for further research purposes.
Open the file in notepad++
Highlight a cell. (Notepad auto select every cell the same) use a translator service. Then just replace all with English version.
It will take forever. But if someone would break it up in chunks and a lot of people worked on it it could be done by day's end.
If you want to do own research
Download the csv file.
Make a copy, open in excel (for editing purposes)
Have the file open in notepad++
Pick a cell in the database (notepad will find all cells with same data)
Use a translator translate to English
Go into the (copy) in excel and use find all and replace all with English translation.
If this was coordianted and broken into sections we could have this whole data set translated by the end of the day.
The file doesn't give the companies they work for. That would be seperate research
