I don’t get all the hatred for Tuck here. The other news outlets probably aren’t even reporting on Powell’s claims in the first place. I don’t understand why he had to take that extra step and summarize how they wanted her on the show and requested her evidentiary materials, only to come up empty as he said. In that moment he sounded like he felt entitled to it. It’s not like his is the most important show on television that Powell HAS to give him everything. And he’s presumably not some fool who doesn’t understand the nature of litigation and the proper ways to present sensitive evidence.
