The state senate is okay with this?! Man, it feels like every time there is a little bit of hope, we get stonewalled. I can't believe this has happened on the tail end of all the stuff that came out last week (Time magazine, Lindell doc) that you would think would raise more questions than answers about really wanting to get to the bottom of what happened!
Can't anyone make the argument that the longer this goes on, the more time there is to cover tracks? This is just sickening. So the paper ballot audit (Jovan's) is now off too, right?

Follow u/nekroziz for updates on the ground. The audit was supposed to start last Wednesday and the elections board instead hired armed guards to prevent auditors from entering the building. Today they are "supposed" to be held in contempt but they seem to have no fear & appear to just be waiting it out.
They should have been jailed on Wednesday when they first refused the audits. What happened last week should not have happened.

Number one, I just was told- just to explain this quickly- in Arizona, the state treasurer receives the ballots post certification, he requested them as he needed to, he’s basically been sitting there going, “guys, I need the ballots!” The BoS simply told him he won’t be getting them, and wouldn’t even confirm to him where the ballots are, or even if the ballots have been kept. This is another contempt of state law crime by the BoS.
Number two, contempt may be moved up to today.
Lastly, I am getting extremely worrying reports that I cannot reasonably confirm yet if it is 100% true and/or permissible, but am working on, that Pro V&V have taken Dominion hardware off site. I am trying to find their scope- if this is simply permissible for them to do, but it seems extremely alarming if it is true. I will report back on that in a few hours. More meetings again on the docket today, when I should have been auditing election machines for 16 hours by now.
Also, BoS still not caring about contempt charges whatsoever.
Their angle is, our audit will undermine Dominion and Coomer’s lawsuits, and domino 15 other states to audit.
Here's what I don't understand: All these states are okay with an "audit" that says "Well, this paper says we should have X number of Dell computers, and here they are, all X accounted for. Check."
That isn't an audit. That's doing inventory. How can they even call that an "audit?"
Is your team aware of the Lindell doc that dropped today? How about the Time Magazine article that has 6500 words on how "the cabal" (their words!) worked every angle in this election to "save us" from the orange man?
Now more than ever, we need a real, true forensic audit, and every day that passes without you being allowed to do it, I (& others I am sure) am losing hope.

This wasn't the update any of us wanted, but thank you for posting it. I can't believe the AZ Senate is allowing all this to happen. Is there no security footage? No Senate-provided watchers or teams to stop them from destroying evidence?

Her email has been bouncing all day so I wouldn't worry about her. I was going from what Nekroziz has said about how she has been in the corner of having the 3rd party audit the whole way & sounded supportive.
This is Patrick Byrne's account of what happened in Georgia:
The day before New Year’s Eve I got a call from Our Man in Georgia. We already knew that in Fulton County (in which Atlanta rests) there was a County Election operation operating out of what was called, “the English Street warehouse”. An Antifa woman had accepted $500 to infiltrate the warehouse, take a bunch of photos, and seize blank ballots from different stacks. Those ballots could be tested forensically. I lined up two federally-certified forensic document examiners (old-timers in the field) who were willing to work New Year’s Day, and got myself to Georgia on New Year’s Eve.
On New Year’s Day I was in the laboratory of the federally certified forensic document examiner, and one of his colleagues who had driven through the night to be there. They were quiet, professional, and I left them to their work. After an hour they reported: two of the ballots were printed in one print shop, the other was printed in a different print shop using different paper, different ink, and a different printing method. It being highly unlikely that the county had ordered its ballots from two different print shops, this was indicative that at least one of the ballots was a counterfeit.
Our Man in Georgia had the warehouse in Atlanta under observation. Bums with telephoto lenses were filming. With permission, I put out on Twitter a brief description of what we had found. Hours later, rented Enterprise moving vans pulled up to the warehouse, and pallets of ballots were moved into it.
Through a mechanism I will not explain, that shredding truck was intercepted, its work stopped, and ultimately 10,000 pounds of shredded material was dumped out on the floor of a local police station, so there would be a chain-of-evidence. Roughly 3,000 pounds of the shredded material was the ballots
An Atlanta DHS agent arrived and took command. A discovery was made: some of the shredded ballots had not been completely shredded. In fact, a few had stuck to the walls of the bin, and were whole. Also found, I was told, were receipts and shipping labels from the outside of the boxes that held the ballots: these receipts and shipping labels were from a Chinese print shop in the south of China. The DHS agent acquired all of these (and that particular agent is one with an expertise in matters Chinese, I am told).
T + 18 hours: FBI arrived on the scene to take over. DHS resisted. T + 24 hours: I received a message that the DHS agent in question was highly uncomfortable with the political pressure he was receiving. If I understood correctly, he was saying that Mark Meadows himself (Chief of Staff of the White House) had called him and told him to back off the investigation. It was not clear to me whether I was receiving the message just as a bystander, or the DHS agent was deliberately causing that message to come to me, in the incorrect hope I could do something about it (e.g., get it to the President).
T + 36 hours: The FBI took control of the operation. They instructed the shredding company to come back, and told them to pick up the 10,000 pounds of material, complete the shredding, then continue with their normal procedures. That meant the shredded material was mixed with water and acid, melted, then reconstituted as recycled paper.
We had a sticky for about an hour. Unstickied now. I don't know how this isn't the most important issue for us collectively to organize behind right now.

Right now the most important thing to support is the Maricopa forensic audit. If this audit takes place, the other states with anomalies are in line to have this same 3rd party forensics team to come audit their machines.
Maricopa's board has ignored two court orders and is fighting tooth & nail right now to not let the auditors in. Please take a moment to read this and then call / email the people listed, especially the Attorney General to voice your support for this audit. It is somethig we -can- do without being silent.
