There's a couple ways, it'll bleed like a mother fucker for a while, all in all though he won't lose enough blood to even slip into compensated shock. You'd have to lose about a whole 750 ml (think bottle of Jack) to even begin to start slipping into the danger zone, judging by the amount of blood I saw on the sidewalk after he was evacuated, I would estimate he was more in the ballpark of 150-200 ml blood loss, he still had a very long way to go.
It eventually clots, the best way to stop bleeding like that pre-hospital is with packing gauze, and gravity, but you have to be careful when packing anything, especially that type of injury because you could put pressure and damage vital structures in that area, or cause herniation (basically, pressure from the gauze and swelling causes blood not to be able to get to certain parts of the brain or eye, or intracranial nerves, causing long term damage. Considering the probably extensive underlying damage, I would not pack gauze, I would simply use gravity and sit him up so he could spit out the blood that without a doubt would be pouring into the back of his throat, then at that point just maintain consciousness until it clots (which it will, within probably 5-8 minutes, if they are not moving) or until you can use electrocautery in a clinical setting.
Because they had been screaming for years to get us banned on Reddit. Every single announcement post, the top voted comments were about T_D, they built it up for years, and when that moment they had been fighting for, for years came, we made it so hollow and meaningless for them because not only did we survive, we built our own fucking internet and there's nothing they can do to us.
Oh and we're way more active now than after the quarantine.
That sucks, but maybe he shouldn't be trying to arrest someone on the side of righteousness. Maybe that's a sign he's playing for the wrong team. I'll pray for him.
