The clerks and associates draft the motions and the responses than the judge schedules a hearing in several weeks so there is likely nothing to do right now. Rittenhouse had a bail hearing last week so nothing doing for awhile.

If the dominion thing is right.... then having GA certify faster will be better. Less time to try to make all the numbers including third parties work. To me the key is third party votes. If those are off from what was reported and match the dominion analysis than that could be used as evidence in every other states lawsuit. The third parties data is going to be the hardest to dereplicate for the dems and will probably not be important for them because it doesn't directly affect the biden trump split.

I looked around and it appears that the counts from the precinct level to the distribution level were off by one to three votes so this is really a nothingburger. He has to work in the confines of his reality. If he sent in the national guard before the election he would be vilified as a dictator. He is well within his right and within precedent to NOT send in the national guard without governor approval. Once the election is over he will go against precedent and override the governors and send in the guard. It is the governors faults at this point in time not trump.
If trump wins in a landslide he will bring in the national guard right away without governor approval and arrest the perpetrators for federal crimes for long sentences. These people won't last more than a few days.
