Well, it's easier to get a quick reference number, but I would surmise that Arkansas with a population of 3.2 million has about maybe 2.3 million who are vaccine eligible according to age >16 and other possible reasons that has nothing to do with age but would NOT get this jab. So, that would be about 20 percent of the population. Asa wants that to be 80 percent which is not going to happen. 2.5 million Arkansans won't do that.
