Heres the thing: Trump has been on antivirals since March/April. Trump is in extremely good health, and is more physically active and fit than the vast majority of people even half his age. He has access to a personal doctor 24/7 as needed.
The vast majority of people who test positive dont have any symptoms. Less than 10k people in the usa have died from this. Everyone else has died from something else while testing positive for this. Of people who do have symptoms, the vast majority are mild cold symptoms that the regular healthy person can fight and get over in a few days or a week or two.
Oh — and the other fact that came out recently: most positive tests? Theyre bogus. They have to set the generations so high it is very likely that the person was at such a low viral load that they were never even contagious.
The other thing — it is very possible that this is a false positive. At the medical facility a family member works at, they always do a second test sent to a different lab in order to confirm. Because a positive means they cant take more patients, they do everything they can to chase down false positives
and by "set aside" they mean, put it in their own bank accounts.

the people's vote really doesn't matter. states must send electors to the electoral college if they want their state to have a vote.
if there isn't a winner from the group of electors by early january, then the house of representatives gets to step in and vote -- one vote per state.
so here's how it works:
trump wins election night
biden cries and says there are still ballots to count, they just need to find them and fill them out.
if the democrat states refuse to send electors, that's their funeral. trump will have a landslide 100% victory in the EC -- because if they don't send electors, they aren't counted as part of the total necessary
if the democrat states do send electors and deadlock the EC, then the new congress in january gets to vote - 1 vote per state -- which right now would mean.... you guessed it -- trump wins.
and any of it going to the supreme court? trump wins.
