Except in this instance, they'd like you to forget the lobbyists for all their causes or even the general ones like the NRA because now they want you to think about the uber wealthy CEOs with lobbyists. (NO NOT BUFFET OR SOROS YOU BIGOT!) So a "K" shaped recovery would be one that primarily benefits those CEOs over the American people.
