I disagree. One bad employee can destroy the team you’ve built. You’ll spend months trying to pacify their requests snd you’ll find most of them are not worth the effort it takes , nor the upside of their talents. It’s better to invest your effort into quality employees than appeasing trouble makers.
Find an excuse and get rid of them all. They’ll either sue you down the road or turn you in for labor practices. Document and move quickly before they can try to undermine you and your employees.
