I see a lot of burden-shifting nonsense circulating. The burden under the law is that the vote counting is in accordance with the laws. The burden is NOT to “show me the evidence of fraud.”
If the votes fail the test of legality, they are thrown out. There isn’t some magical presumption that you don’t have to follow procedures until someone makes a court case and proves down to the atoms that 2 million votes were stolen by exactly 34,358 people.
