I was in Amarillo for 2 days in October, and Dallas for 3, I saw maybe 1000 people in all the places I went (restaurants, hotels, museum, stores, Walmart, etc) and I literally only counted 4 people without a mask, 3 of them were 1 family and 2 of those were children.
