if you are able to speak then you are able to breathe.

but I don't think this type of restraint should be used for people who are not being violent, much less already in cuffs.

I believe his legs were tied or cuffed but he was 'rolling around' which they deemed to be problematic. To restrain someone like that and for so long only causes them to freak out more, especially if on drugs.

What are you 12? 12 1/2?

It has been proven that those are paramedic uniforms for that area. Look up the video of Tony Timpa. It wasn't even determined that he wasn't breathing until he was put in the ambulance. Stop acting like a psycho because you saw some random video.

Because they are dealing with aggravated bystanders and the person is lying in the street. This is a hazardous situation. They are PARAMEDICS who have more training than EMTs.

It would be retarded not to have undercover cops mixed in especially in DC.

The twitter post is leading. None of what they are saying Is being shown in the video.

Projection is part of the playbook. Every time. It's amazing to watch. They can't accept the fact that they are just pawns.

Palett, my bad.

At least some people see through this shit.
I have 30+ year old acquaintances claiming that 'broken glass and property' is not violence on social media posts. Talk about cognitive dissonance.

Not making assumptions, referring to the available footage. They had him cuffed and he fell to the ground when they got him to the other car. What are you on about?

spez/ the 'to try and say' bit was referring to the officer.

I didn't say it wasn't a factor, but police are supposed protect and serve. It sounds ridiculous to say we tried to get him in the car for ten minutes and we couldn't so we strangled him for eight. And not being able to get him in the car seems to be that he was just falling on the ground not wanting to get in. if this guy was running around with a machete that's one thing. I support police but I've seen enough of them on a power trip over minor shit to know it's a bad thing. for everyone.

Oh wow ten minutes. So fucking what.

spez/ downvotes are ridiculous. A police officer is going to encounter people that are FUCKED UP out of their minds. that doesn't mean they deserve to be slowly strangled to death. IF that is indeed what happened.
