the guy was shirtless and on his stomach and then the one guy rolls him over...
plus they roll him over onto his back and say "where's the hole where's the hole???"
I think when he's surrounded he's more concerned about being careful and preserving ammunition.
The one to the back is strange because the first person who goes to his aid (who I personally think was holding a gun as he was pursuing Kyle and Rosenbaum) turns him over onto his back and then in the video no one can find the 'hole'....
the photo is not the original. it's lightened and makes it look weird. https://imgur.com/aQ0aPsu
spez: also- https://imgur.com/a/7sMfufz
there's also a higher resolution video floating around where you can see the gun clear as day
spez: here
Not sure as of yet
from the other angle that this guy shows it looks like the person who fired is holding his arm upwards at an angle
Zoom in on 2:48, guy in helmet pursuing them with right arm outstretched.
In this video from another angle you see the third person running after them and if you watch closely it looks like he is holding a gun that he cocks right before the first shot rings out: https://youtu.be/ss-G-FX3Nys?t=14340
spez UPDATE/CORRECTION: This thread shows where the first shot came from. What I was seeing is a reflection of this on the black car. Actual muzzle flash can be seen in this video
He was actively chasing an armed kid down the street and fucking charged him once he was cornered. Not hard to defend at all.
Those laws have nothing to do with 2a. That's the point. Being 4 months shy of your 18th birthday does not turn a person practicing SELF DEFENSE into a murderer. It's contrived. It's a joke.
1926 was a different time in America.
Damn. I was wondering what the fuck was wrong with these people after watching them, one after the other, try to mob someone who was openly carrying.
Was every person who got shot a felon?
He's literally 4 mos shy of 18. To say he's emotionally incapable is a moot point when he can legally carry in 4 months.
I am extremely impressed by the way he conducted himself and the way he used that rifle. He doesn't seem like your average 'kid'.
uh...no.
but was he unlawfully carrying? the law doesn't care about my opinion.
was 17, crossing state lines etc..
not looking good.
He's from Illinois. Crossed state lines...
I was told that by someone once. Never looked into it.
How do we know he's 17? If the media is releasing his name I don't think he's a minor.
Head shot was clearly self defense. He was clearly running away trying to avoid confrontation while being chased by an OLDER, aggressive (2-3 videos show how aggressive that guy was) man who then charged him.
There's absolutely zero connection, much less justification, for burning down a third-party's business because you are upset by police-involved shootings. They are holding Americans hostage. The absolute state of the left is NO BETTER than any of the things they claim to be against.
Yeah that guy tried to dupe him and held his arms up but then proceeded to try to grab his rifle. Lucky to be alive.
he said he was defending the property.
not a molotov. it's a plastic bag with something in it.
Definitely the same guy. He just goes around the car when the threat is stopped and looks like he he's trying to call cops.
I think the person they have walking with him in those shots is actually the girl with the red hair/black jacket that's seen in the video, not the one they have circled, who I think is actually the one filming this vid
