This wouldn't have a 4 for fire as a battery, that low flash point is extremely narrowing down what could be in that building. Now it could be elemental lithium, the NO WATER really narrows it to that even more. Why would that element be in that state in the building unless it were a supplier of some sort. The 'battery backup' doesn't make sense. I can't seem to find the NFPA square for lipos specifically, which would be what is used in a battery backup like mentioned. All I CAN find for any lipo's inside the msds' are to keep temps below 70C, which is a huge difference in F as the placard states at 73F.
