Please excuse my ignorance regarding American law; I have been watching the developments in certain situations where law enforcement personnel are engaging in acts that violate the constitutional rights of the people. Is it not within the power of the people to simply arrest authorities that do not comply with the constitution? For example: If law enforcement wants to end a peaceful protest, or not permit entry into a public area (parks, buildings, etc.) shouldn't the people just detain these individuals, especially since they are conducting themselves in a way that is "a breach of peace?" Just a curious thought I had regarding a way to handle disputes with authorities more diplomatic and 'legally' rather than through violence (rounding up, cuffing, and detaining seems more of a deterrent than a beating). Yes, I am fully aware that holding, prosecuting, and incarcerating these criminals would be nigh impossible with the current justice system, although the mob mentality of the left seems to indicate that any who do not follow the will of the people could be subject to arrest by that system and prosecuted within it (still unsure if that's sarcastic or not). Also, I do not suggest bringing back the guillotine, I believe there should be lawful trials for these traitors from the bottom up, I just don't see the current government authorities following the law that's there to protect the people from them, perhaps the people need to take that power back for themselves. In conclusion, what started this was the thought of millions of Pedes running around arresting the authorities proclaiming "I am the law" or "I'm the law now," which made my heart warm. Apologies if this is the dumbest question ever.
Lost a friend last night due to a heart attack. A few months ago Facebook banned him for his meme skills and trolling. I went looking for some memories today and there's nothing left of him. Threads miles long of in-depth thought-provoking exchanges, mountains of memeing pleasure, as well as personal photos we shared for a laugh. All our text exchanges have only my comments, his messages erased as if he never existed. I have been cheated out of memories and moments that I will never get to be nostalgic over because asshats can't stand other people's opinions. I hope they list his death as COVID, he would have gotten a kick out of that. Fuck Cuckerberg and all that are like him.
Watching the D.C. March and it dawned on me one of the reasons why "The Happening" is taking so long. Trump doesn't want to restore America on his own, he wants the people to do it for themselves. This is how that's done, let the people's voice be heard, so that when you act, both you and the people are assured that you have the support of each other in the streets.
